DESCRIPTION:                     

BOD Incubator is specially recommended to meet the requirement for incubation of Biochemical Oxygen demand on water and sewage. It is used for incubating BOD samples of effluent and others. It is highly suitable for work at temperature below as well as above the ambient.

SALIENT FEATURES:

  Casings is made of thick mild sheet reinforced with iron angles and painted with powder coating.

  Heating Chamber consisting of regular horizontal shape totally enclosed muffle baked at 1500 ^oC.

  Heating Chamber is surrounded by High quality temperature insulation brick and insulation powder

  Forefront Chamber is fitted with with imported pierrite-40 heat and electric resistance sheet.

  Furnace are equipped with dependable indicator   pyrometer having a scale calibrated in 25 increments a 1200 ^oC.

Heating elements of nicrome wire are placed in the air path and are duly insulated from the body.

Full view inner glass door permits inspection of specimens, without disturbing the same.

Lock and key arrangement is provided in the double walled outer door.
