About Consistency Determination Apparatus
DESCRIPTION:
Consistency Determination Apparatus offers a simple and rapid method of determining the consistency of a pulp suspension in freeness tests. It is more rapid than Bcher funnel and is suitable for use with most types of pulp.The equipment is manufactured in accordance with the second report of the Pulp Evaluation Committee to the Technical Section of British Paper & Board Industry Federation.The measured stock is poured on to the grid plate of the equipment and drained under suction and filtration is repeated until the filtrate becomes perfectly clear.

Standard equipment has a bench top stand. Alternatively wall mounted model constructed of brass can be supplied on request.
Provided with two Plexiglas measuring cylinder.
Constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
