DESCRIPTION:                     

Fiber Classifier is designed for investigating the fiber length distribution in pulp.

The Fiber Classifier segregates a fiber sample into groups of different lengths to allow the proportion of each group to be measured, by weight. Uniform operation is assured by a constant flow of water through the stainless steel inlet system.

SALIENT FEATURES:

  Stainless steel water inlet system. The primary unit has an inlet funnel with an overflow and the nozzle for a constant water flow rate.

  Fractionating unit is completely self-contained having its own electric motor for the rotor and is made of non-corrosive material.

  Each unit is driven by its own waterproof motor to provide consistent agitation speed.

  Fibre collection box with rapid locking device, support wire and suction connection.

  Interchangeable screens are available with wire of 16, 30, 50, 100 and 200 standard mesh.

  Screen Frames are clamped spring loaded self-clamping system.

Classifier gives a very low spread in the results with a variation coefficient of less than 1%.
