About Pulp Disintegrator
Pulp Disintegrator allowsa mechanical treatment of pulp in water so that interlaced fibers which werefree in the pulp stock are again separated from one another without appreciablychanging their structural properties. It is used for standardizeddisintegration of pulp to a homogeneous suspension.

DESCRIPTION:
Pulp Disintegrator allows a mechanical treatment of pulp in water so that interlaced fibres which were free in the pulp stock are again separated from one another without appreciably changing their structural properties. It is used for standardized disintegration of pulp to a homogeneous suspension.
Test Description:
A pulp sample is put into the container and two liters of water added. It is put onto the instrument base firmly against the stops and the top section closed. The required number of revolutions is set & disintegration started. As soon as the counter reaches zero the instrument will stop. A large push button has to be pressed to unlock the unit, which resets the counter and the sample can be taken out for further processing.
