About Laboratory Oven
Laboratory Oven is used for sample drying, annealing, conditioning, sterilizing, baking, conditioning, evaporating and dehydrating. Apart from this, our provided oven is also used in biological, forensic and environmental labs where their uses are more specialized. These ovens are designed for high performance drying and thermal processes which require increase fresh air supply and heat-up times. Further, Laboratory Oven is known for their rapid dynamic response and a special air turbine.

DESCRIPTION:
Laboratory Oven is used to determine moisture of samples etc.The moisture content of sample or similar material is defined by the loss of weight of a sample, dried under specified conditions to constant weight at a specified temperature and is express as a percentage of the weight of the moist sample.
TEST DESCRIPTION:
The weighted sample is placed into the heating chamber at a specified constant temperature for a given time and after drying re-weight the sample again. The loss of the weight of the sample is measured.

SALIENT FEATURES:
Outer chamber is made of MS sheet and inner chamber is made of Stainless Steel.
Door is fitted on heavy cast and chromium plated brass hinges with insulated handle to push and pull the door.
Pure glass wool insulated with gap of 65 mm.
Outside finish in Hammer tone or Synthetic cream or white and Air circulation by fan.
All heating elements are made from the best 80/20-composition nickel/chromium imported KANTHAL wire.
Provided with Rib heat radiation system works.
Provided with three switches, two pilot lamps, two movable shelves, 150 cm cord, three-pin plug and L-shape horizontal thermometer for recording temp.
Provided with adjustable steel / aluminium / wiremesh tray for better air circulation.
Temperature is controlled by Hydraulic Type Capillary Thermostat.
